FH2Y Subscription Policy

At From Home 2 You (FH2Y), we want your subscription experience to be simple and transparent. Please review the following terms before enrolling in a Subscribe & Save plan.

1. Subscribe & Save Discount

Eligible subscriptions receive a 12% discount on qualifying recurring orders. The discount applies to eligible products included in the subscription and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.

Discounts, eligible products, and subscription options are subject to change for future subscriptions. Any changes to an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

2. Recurring Orders and Billing

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize FH2Y and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring orders at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout.

Your payment method will be charged automatically for each scheduled order unless you cancel before the next order is processed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are additional unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Delivery Frequency

Available delivery frequencies will be displayed when you subscribe. Depending on the product and available options, these may include weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or other offered intervals.

Please review your selected frequency before completing your subscription. Your recurring orders will follow the schedule you select.

4. Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management options provided by FH2Y or by contacting us at fromhome2youstarch@gmail.com.

To avoid being charged for your next order, submit your cancellation before that order enters processing. If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may apply only to future orders.

Any applicable minimum commitment or cancellation restrictions will be disclosed before enrollment.

5. Skipping or Changing an Order

If your subscription management options permit it, you may skip an upcoming order, change your delivery schedule, or update eligible subscription details before the next order is processed.

Changes are subject to product availability and the deadlines displayed in your subscription account.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Because FH2Y products are specialty items, subscription orders are generally final sale except where required by law or where FH2Y's applicable policies provide otherwise.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Subscription orders remain subject to FH2Y's published refund, shipping, and order policies.

7. Product Availability and Changes

Subscription products and featured selections may vary based on availability. If a product becomes unavailable, FH2Y may contact you regarding available alternatives or adjustments to your upcoming order.

We will provide any notices or options required by applicable law before making material changes to an existing subscription.

8. Payment Failures

If a recurring payment cannot be completed, your order may be delayed, paused, or canceled until the payment issue is resolved. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and contact information.
