Subscription Policy

Overview

By subscribing to our service, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on your selected plan. Each subscription is part of a curated membership experience with limited, evolving releases.


Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated) to the payment method provided at checkout. By completing your purchase, you authorize continuous billing until your subscription is cancelled.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.


Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle. No action is required to continue your membership. If you do not cancel before your next billing date, your subscription will be renewed and charged accordingly.


Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive benefits until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.

No retroactive cancellations or refunds are issued for processed billing periods.


Pausing & Changes

Depending on your subscription plan, you may have the option to pause or skip a delivery. These features are not guaranteed and may vary by tier or availability.

We reserve the right to modify subscription offerings, pricing, or benefits at any time to maintain product quality and curation standards. Members will be notified in advance of material changes where required.


Shipping

Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to scheduled release cycles. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production and logistics conditions.

Shipping delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.


Refunds

Due to the curated and limited nature of subscription releases, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or fulfilled, except where required by law or in cases of verified error.


Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing, shipping, and account information. Failure to do so may result in delays or interruption of service.
